Shipping policy

At True by Katie, I understand how eager you are to receive your carefully selected items. I've worked diligently to create a shipping process that's efficient and reliable. Here are the details:

1. Processing Time: After placing your order, please allow 2-3 business days for me to prepare, package, and dispatch your items. For custom or personalized orders, I might require a bit more time, but I'll always keep you informed.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery: Economy Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-8 business days after dispatch. Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-4 business days after dispatch. Expedited Shipping: Available upon request, usually arrives within 2-3 business days after dispatch. Additional charges apply.

3. Shipping Charges: I strive to keep shipping costs reasonable!  Shipping is based on orders within 0-10lb and 10lb+ is a flat rate.  Shipping is free for all orders over $100!

4. Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, I'll provide you with a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's journey.

5. Packaging: Every item from True by Katie is packaged with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. I'm proud to use eco-friendly and recyclable materials whenever possible.

6. Delays: While I do my best to ensure timely delivery, occasionally unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. If your package is running late, please reach out to me at truebykatie@gmail.com, and I'll do my best to assist.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order leaves my workshop, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, I'm here to help, so if you encounter delivery issues, contact me, and I'll do my best to help you resolve the situation.
